Warranty

• 1 year on accessories against manufacturing defects (include : hinges, bearing, roller, locks)
• 5 years on stainless steel rust & corrosion
• 1 year on autogate system against manufacturing defects. Warranty include lightning attack only for Weigand Motor.
• 1 year on leaking warranty for awning product
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects of the product. Excluding wear and tear.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The warranties shall not apply if the failure is caused by abnormal external influences including but not limited to mechanical abrasion; falling objects; explosion; hack & hit; fire; flood; riots; acts of war; terrorism; radiation; harmful chemicals or fumes; water chemicals and foreign substances; excessive salt atmospheres or deposits; failure from post formed or post fabrication processes and any other circumstances beyond Berjaya Steel Railings Sdn Bhd reasonable control. Labour cost or transport cost of repairing shall not be included in warranty and is subject to Berjaya Steel Railings Sdn Bhd determination for charges.

LIABILITY

Berjaya Steel Railings Sdn Bhd liability shall be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective product at Berjaya Steel Railings Sdn Bhd’s discretion. In no event shall Berjaya Steel Railings Sdn Bhd be liable for any further direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
